Truffle and Wine Dinner Menu - Set 3 Course Menu

Amuse

• Mushroom Porcini Arancini: Crispy arancini filled with savory mushroom porcini, served with a luscious whipped Parmesan and Pecorino cream, and topped with delicate truffle shavings.

Entrée

• Steak Tartare: Hand-chopped steak tartare, topped with a rich egg yolk, tangy caperberries, and luxurious truffle, served with crisp crostini.
• Gazpacho Soup: A refreshing blend of ripe tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, served chilled.

Main

• Confit Duck Leg: Tender confit duck leg, served with a creamy parsnip purée, flavorful olive relish, fresh sauce verte, and finished with aromatic truffle.
• Roquette, Pear & Balsamic Salad: Peppery roquette, sweet pear slices, and tangy balsamic vinaigrette, topped with shaved Parmesan and crispy Gnocco Fritto.

Dessert

• Tiramisu: Classic Italian dessert with layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa powder.

Cancellations: Please cancel as early as possible to allow us to fill your spot. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $5 per ticket cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Ticket Policy: Tickets are valid only for the date of the event and are non-transferable.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely situation that this event is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded in full.
